Prashanthi started her successful design career at my previous company I founded, Gainsight where she was an incredibly higher performer on the team - and she continued her excellent work at TopOPPS (eventually acquired by Xactly) where she took over the design work of our AI revenue intelligence/operations product. These products require the absolute best in UI/UX design because the user will not accept anything less. I'm so fortunate that Prashanthi came along - not only is she excellent in her skills and ability but she puts in the effort to get things done whenever it's needed. And it's a bonus that she is an absolute pleasure to work with - her wonderful personality worked well with the team. They just don't get any better than Prashanthi for UI/UX designs and for being a fun and essential member of the team.

Thanks for stopping by. I have graduated with a Fine Arts Degree in 2011. I’m currently a Senior Product Designer working for Xactly Corporation from Huntersville NC remotely. I am passionate about solving complex problems by crafting intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and highly efficient interfaces. My approach is rooted in empathy and understanding of the end-user needs and preferences. I have gained over a decade of experience in product strategy, facilitation, discovery research, prototyping, and validation, with a strong background in interaction and visual design.
Previously, I was working on the core product at Gainsight for almost 7 years. During the initial days of Gainsight, UI design and front-end development first found their way into my life and eventually upscaled my skills to Product Design in a year. Prior to this, I worked as a Graphic Designer for 3 years. While working as a Graphic Designer, I have developed strong visual design skills and front-end development.
Outside of Product Design, you can usually find me doing paintings, drawings, gardening, and playing around with my 4 years old daughter :).
